Shipping Policy
Processing time for all orders is 2-5 business days and they are shipped with Registered Air Mail. Every order comes with tracking and a confirmation number will be provided for you in your confirmation email after the payment has been received.
Items sent by Registered Mail reach most of the countries within 21 to 28 business days. Sometimes items will be delayed due to unexpected reason. Please contact me if you don't receive your package exceeded 30 business days excludes weekends and holidays.
Registered Mail available only for: United States, Austria, Australia, Italy, Ireland, Belgium, Brazil, Britain, Germany, Denmark, Holland, Hong Kong, Norway, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Finland, France, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, Russia. Also, shipping upgrade is available for all countries at checkout. Express Mail Service (3-5 business day delivery) is $30.
Please note that you are responsible for knowing your country's customs and duty policies. Most items go through without any additional fees, but in the instance they don't, the buyer is responsible.
Return & Exchange Policy
I hope you'll be delighted with your purchase at Studio Langeron; on the rare occasion that you aren't entirely satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order for exchange or refund. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
